ADMISSIONS

• Online applications are processed via a very user-friendly Google form. Upon submission, our Admission Officer acknowledges receipt of the application and informs the parent of the process thereafter.
• Alternatively, download the application form by clicking on the download button above.
• Complete the form, ensuring that it is signed and witnessed by two witnesses and bring along the necessary certified documentation.
• If you are out of town, you can email your completed forms to: admissions@stnicholas.co.za
• Once all your documentation is received and correct, you will be required to pay an application fee of R400. Our banking details are in the next tab.
• Your application will then be processed by the Finance Office.
• Once cleared with Finance, we will call you to set up a suitable day and time for your child to come in and where applicable write an entrance test.
• We will notify you in writing of the acceptance of your child.
• A non-refundable enrolment fee of R3250 is to be paid immediately once the learner has been accepted in order to secure his/her position. An additional R250 will be charged for late applications.
• Present St Nicholas Grade 7 learners are required to pay a refundable enrolment fee of R2000 by the 30th of September, in order to secure their position in Grade 8, this will be refunded in January. Please note that this fee will not be refunded should the learner not return in Grade 8.
